Essex county sheriff’s detectives have arrested four suspects for burglary when they pulled over a stolen car. The suspects are awaiting a hearing in Family court and are being held in the Essex County Youth Detention Center.

Four individuals have been charged in connecting with their alleged involvement in a half hour North ward crime spree that included: eluding, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm, possession of a defaced firearm and possession of hollow point bullets, possession of cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute.

An Englewood, NJ insurance adjuster has been indicted for allegedly defrauding insurance companies and clients for billing for services that where never delivered. Clarke has been charged with second degree insurance fraud, four counts of third degree theft and two counts of third degree forgery.

44 Charged by U.S. in New Jersey Corruption Sweep including bank fraud
A two year sting that was investigating money laundering and corruption that stretched from the Jersey shore to Israel and to Switzerland ended up bringing charges being filed against 44 people. The cases include: bank fraud to bribing government officials.

Newark police officer stole a car from drunk driver, and smashed the stolen vehicle into his wife’s car, authorities say Off Duty copy steals drunk drivers car and uses it to ram his estranged wifes car. He has been charged with criminal mischief and receiving stolen property and was immediately suspended from the Newark police force.

Child abuse not reported, Camden teacher says
Camden school officials have failed to report when alleged incidents of child abuse occurred at a city school, this according to a district teacher and community members.
Supposed leaders of Henry H. Davis Elementary School where responsible for discouraging employees form reporting alleged child abuse.

Newark Man Arrested in Connection with Maplewood Avenue Business Burglary
Maplewood police have arrested Stephan Farrar, 20, of Newark. He has been charged with burglary of a Maplewood Ave Restaurant on Jan. 21.
