Man Sentenced To 3 Years Incarceration For Endangering His 15 Month Old Son
Glassboro, NJ-Peter Morselander was sentenced to three years in prison after he entered a plead of guilty to the charges of endangering his fifteen month old son to child endangerment.
Labor Officer Pleads Guilty To Embezzling Funds
A Middlesex County, NJ labor union official: Peter A. LoMauro, 42, Monroe, NJ-admittied to receiving money from a contractor and also embezzling funds from a labor organization bank account.
Prudential Sues Morgan Stanley For $1 Billion
Newark, NJ-Prudential Financial Inc. (PRU) has sued Morgan Stanley and claims the financial giant engaged in common law fraud, negligent misrepresentation and interfered with the insures’ contractual rights in the sale of RMBS for $1 billion.
The case is Prudential v. Morgan Stanley, L-3080-12, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County (Newark).
Broker Admits Election Fraud
Newark, NJ-Joseph Bigica entered a plea deal in federal court on Wednesday. Bigica admitted to not having filed taxes to the IRS from 1999-2009 and he also admitted using straw donors to make illegal contributions to the tune of $98,000 to a federal candidate.
Forecloure Scam To Repay Some Gloucester County Residents
The state of New Jersey has recovered $675,000 from Samuel E. Goodwin III, in a foreclosure scam, where Goodwin kept surplus monies after foreclosure and sherif’s sales of homes. Twenty four individuals will have 100% of the money, he stole from them returned.
