2C:12-3. Terroristic threats

a.   1. i do not no what to do this kid is an explorer,(it means hes a 16 year old kid that works with the cops) and i jokenly told him that if he ever pulled me over i would shoot him and he took it serious and now i have to appear be fore to court in woodbury i just want to know what i should say and whats will prabley happen.
