New Jersey attorney wins child pornography distribution trial in Union County
New Jersey Child Pornography Lawyer, Jef Henninger, Esq, has successfully won a child pornography trial in Union County. Our client was charged as part of Operation Web Sweep. The case took five years to go to trial. During that time, we had to constantly hear from the State about how they were going to win the case. Despite the fact that the client made a statement that could be seen as a confession, Jef took the case to trial. The client was charged with two counts of distribution of child pornography. After both sides rested, the jury was out four days. In the end, they found the client not guilty of both counts. This is one of the only times that a lawyer has won a jury trial for a child pornography distribution case in New Jersey.
